Crafted with ingenuity, engraved with eternal beauty. The “Twilight of the Gods” series is a collection of Edo Kiriko overlay crystal whiskey glasses, each hand-carved through an 8-step artisan process. Inspired by the dramatic imagery of Norse mythology, the four colour designs — Blue Frost, Ashy Flame, Dark Night, and Green Vine — capture the elemental forces of a world in twilight. Every glass is a one-of-a-kind work of art.

4 Colour Designs

• 💙 Blue Frost Gods — Cool sapphire blue with icy geometric cuts
• 🔥 Ashy Flame Gods — Warm amber and grey tones evoking smouldering embers
• 🌑 Gods of the Dark Night — Deep midnight tones with dramatic contrast cuts
• 🌿 Green Vine Gods — Rich forest green with flowing botanical patterns

8-Step Artisan Process

• 🔥 Crystal Glass Melting — High-purity quartz sand and potassium carbonate fused at 1400°C+
• 🎨 Overlay Glass Layering — Multiple coloured layers, each at least 1mm thick, individually fused and blown
• 📏 Index Positioning — Baseline points and axis lines marked by hand to map the 3D pattern
• ✂️ Rough Carving — Selected from 500+ diamond grinding wheels; cut deep to reveal the base colour
• 🔬 Fine Engraving — Detailed with ≤0.5mm grinding wheels (no reference objects used)
• 🪨 Stone Grinding — Rotary grinding with silica stone to smooth cuts and remove burrs
• ✨ Polishing — Acid solution restores glass clarity; hand-polished to a mirror finish
• 💧 Cleaning — Full body rinse, then dried with a special velvet cloth

• 📌 About the Product — Handmade glass products may have minor bubbles or water marks — these are natural characteristics of the craft, not defects
• 🌡️ Temperature — Not heat-resistant glass. Use below 50°C. Avoid sudden temperature changes to prevent cracking
• ❌ Do Not Use — Dishwasher, microwave, oven, or steriliser cabinet
• 🧴 Cleaning — Hand wash with lukewarm water and a non-abrasive cleaner. Dry with a lint-free cotton or linen cloth. Do not use a dishwasher — high-pressure detergent may cause surface cloudiness
