Can I modify or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact us at admin@selectodesign.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered processing, but we will do our best to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

Are prices inclusive of taxes?

Prices displayed on our site do not include taxes, shipping, or customs duties. Applicable charges will be calculated and shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to additional import taxes and handling fees upon arrival.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–4 business days of placement. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

What are the shipping rates and delivery times?

UK & EU:

Express Shipping — £7.95 / €8.95  (5–9 business days)
Free Standard Shipping on orders over £60 / €70

US & Canada:

Do you provide order tracking?

Yes. All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer. Cross-border UK & EU orders may also incur customs duties and import VAT.

What if my parcel is lost or damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at admin@selectodesign.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date, including your order number and supporting photos where applicable. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Which items are non-returnable?

The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

How do I initiate a return?

Please contact us at admin@selectodesign.com to request a return. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at admin@selectodesign.com.

I am based in the EU — do I have additional rights?

Yes. EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery, during which you may return items without providing a reason, subject to the conditions above.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired product.

What materials are your products made from?

SELECTO Design curates a range of premium handcrafted goods including wooden watches and jewellery, ceramic wares (earthenware, stoneware, porcelain), art glass and Liuli crystal, leather bags and accessories, and vintage jewellery. Each product page includes specific material details.

How do I care for wooden products?

Keep wooden items away from prolonged exposure to water, direct sunlight, and extreme temperatures. Wipe clean with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Occasional application of natural wood oil can help maintain the finish. Avoid submerging wooden watches in water.

How do I care for ceramic and glass pieces?

Hand washing is recommended for all ceramic and art glass items. Avoid sudden temperature changes (e.g., placing cold pieces in hot water). Handle with care — these are artisan pieces and may be fragile. Do not microwave or dishwash unless explicitly stated on the product page.

How do I care for leather goods?

Keep leather items away from moisture and direct sunlight. Use a leather conditioner periodically to maintain suppleness. Store in a dust bag when not in use. Avoid contact with sharp objects or abrasive surfaces.

Will the product colour match what I see on screen?

We strive for accurate product photography, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions. As many of our pieces are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, texture, and finish are a natural characteristic of artisan goods.

How do you protect my personal information?
